Hey guys, have a quick question for JP owners.

Have any of you experienced your Crunchlab getting "Cloudy" or "hazy"? Mine seems to have gotten that over the last few months and I can't simply wipe it away. Is this easily remedied?

Are you talking about just the pickup, because when I play - I sweat, and it causes a milky residue on the guitar.
I will sometimes play the first set and forget to wipe it during the break, and I get a "Haze" on the guitar.
Happens to whatever guitar I play.

I just use some guitar polish and a cloth and it easily comes off.

Not really, the chrome part of the Liquifire (The Bar) Just gets foggy and doesn't clear up when you wipe it down. The guitar itself gets smothered in finger prints but that's easy enough to take care of! I'll try a bit of guitar polish on a piece of cloth next time I change strings. I'll probably switch out the pickups anyways for another set of Dimarzio's eventually, just wanted to see if any other JP owners have experienced this.

I'll definitely do that, it's worth noting that I got most of the hazing off of the Crunchlab bar, but where the strings usually are over seem to not be coming off as easily. Gonna email Dimarzio and ask them about this, maybe a set of Black CL/LF like on the JPX is in order :D
