JP Piezo will last forever?

I have JP6 piezo, however piezo string saddle on high E string is dead. the saddle has to be replaced.

Do i have to ship the whole guitar to EBMM service center? or just take out the saddle and ship to EBMM?

i am wondering if i keep this guitar for another 10 year,and EBMM doesn't make this type of piezo bridge anymore, so how? we can't find aftermarket product for this string saddle. do we just leave them as a brick?

what is your opinion?

Not sure about the first half, but I would believe you would always be able to get a replacement part though I cannot say that is Gospel.
