Help! JP12 Input Jack Cutting Out

I was just jamming away on my JP12 tonight when I noticed the signal was cutting out on the Mono output. I checked the cable, the amp, another guitar etc. and it's definitely the JP12. Also checked the Stereo/Magnetic output and there was no problem. Just curious if there is a quick fix for this? I unscrewed the Input Jack box thing, but it was way too complicated looking for me to touch. I really don't want to have to send it away if it can be avoided. Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks!

Were you sitting down putting pressure on the jack?

Try changing the battery. Try diff cable. If that doesnt work call customer service.
