JP12 trem arm wiggles.

Hey guys. I've recently purchased a JP12 7-string. The issue I'm having is not that the arm swing too freely, but rather it jiggles when I apply pressure or pull up. I've tightened both the screw that becomes visible when doing a dive bomb, as well as the screw that you access from the back of the guitar, but that hasn't (completely) fixed the issue.

A few notable points:
1. I have other JP models that, and I know what I'm experiencing with the new one is not normal.
2. I had the same exact issue with a replacement JP12 that the dealer sent me.

Ernie Ball has already sent me a replacement bushing, but I have no idea how to install, and I'm about as useless with my hands as tits on a bull. Thanks so much for helping me out.

I would call customer service. I am not sure the old Fender trem trick works with an EBMM trem, which is dropping a pen spring in the trem hole. You might want to ask about that.
