Hello forum

Yesterday I went to reharse for the firts time with my jp15 and I notisced something weird.
With the magnets volume to zero and the selector only to magnet, the piezo was still sending signals to the amplifier and I had to turn to zero the piezo volume knob.
Is it normal or is there something like an unwanted contact?
The previous owner changed the neck pickup and extended the split to position 1 and 3 as well. Maybe he messed up something.

Cheers

That's 100 % not normal. If I have mag selected on the PU switch and mag vol is set to zero I get no signal regardless of piezo volume setting.

I'd contact customer service and see if they can provide a schematic for you to double check the work that was done.

Hope this helps, Glenn |B)

100% normal. My blueberry did this as well. Had to leave the piezo volume on zero to prevent it.

Made a video and sent it to CS and everything to confirm it is ok.
