JP15 - very low output Neck Pickup

Hello Everyone, I have a Jp15 where the neck pickup volume is very low. Lower than then the Piezo.

Have a standard guitar cable plugged into the Mono jack and am switching between full Piezo and fun magnetic and the difference is very noticeable.

Any suggestions?

If you are in the mono jack there is a MIX control on the back. Try adjusting the level there.

Lou - thanks for the suggestions. Yes, I am on the mono jack.
Even when I am on full magnetic next pickup, there is *very* low output volume from that pickup.
Piezo is good volume and bridge pickup is good volume.

Sounds like a wiring issue. I'm certainly not an expert but I think you should have an expert take a look at it. You should also contact the customer service and let them walk you through this.

Yeah, looks like it has come to that. Have had problems with this guitar since day 1...works for a while then doesn't then does, etc.

Sounds like the wire needs proper soldering and it'll be fine.
