JP6 Battery Compartment problem

Hello I just rec'd my new JP6 and I can't get the battery compartment to close with the 9 volt in it... without a battery it closes fine..... is there a trick to it? thanks

make sure the battery is in the right way. it will only close one way. if it doesnt work one way, rotate the battery

This is the likely solution, but you should contact customer service first before you post any problems with your guitar. Only they can really resolve whatever issue you may have... the rest of us are just other players!
