Hola

Saludos y ayuda ¡¡¡¡!!!!

Hello

I am new to this forum and hope to find help for my problem, about 8 months ago I purchased a music man jp6 with new piezo, which began presenting sound problems when selecting the piezo guitar makes a horrible buzz (only in the sixth string) first thought it might be 9v battery but change the ringing persisted only to play the sixth string, a technician checked and the fault is in the saddle.

Here in Chile there is no spare someone can tell me if I can buy this piece (one saddle piezo) and imporatarla to chile.

Greetings and help !!!!

Welcome to the forum!

If you bought the guitar new and it is still under warranty, then the dealer you bought it from should be able to get a replacement part. Of course if you bought the guitar outside of Chile, then that's not an option if returning the guitar to the dealer is required. You should get in touch directly with Music Man customer service (see links below in my signature). I'm pretty sure they can send you the part and your technician will be able to replace it.

Check your case, too.... if you haven't already. There should be a replacement piezo saddle in there if bought new. Changing a piezo saddle is pretty easy.

If not, like the good Dr said, customer service can hook you up with a new saddle. These things happen.

I've bought a few new and never had on in my case like this... you must have found the jackpot?

I also purchased two new, AL's, and did not see any extra saddle.
Time for you to celebrate your fortune! I'll drink to that :)
