Question JP6 or Axis

Hi there,

I'm actually hesitating between a EBMM Axis and a JP6 (ebony fretboard).
They're nearly at the same price.

I've already have a JPXI and a Y2D. I love those two guitars. I will tune the new one 1 step down.
My question is : will the JP6 be really different from the JPXI or not ?

I play metal and hard rock stuff mainly. Is Axis a good choice for this type of music ?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

The Axis neck is my favorite - it's a little chunkier than the Morse neck. The Axis pickups are great for the music you play.
I always recommend the Axis because I love the model so much, so I am a little biased.
