JP6 wiring with new circuit board

Hi there! Really need your help!
Does any one have a wiring diagram for JP6 3-way switch with this type of circuit board ?
I got this from MM and it differs from standard circuit board (on the photo below).



The question is not about the whole wiring diagram but about holes 1 to 7 (I numbered them) on the new circuit board and white and black wire that connects to the board.
On an old circuit board it looked like this (black and white wire circled in red). How can I connect them to a new board?


For better understanding, I will attach a wiring diagram showing the necessary wires on the board

1) white
2-3 install jumper for split coil in middle position
4-5 install jumper for split coil in middle position
(or these can be run to a push pull pot to control middle split)
6 or 7 can be connected to ground.
