JP6...with MM90s?

I was just watching a video on Youtube of Dream Theater and Queensryche playing "Take Hold of the Flame" back when they toured together in 2003. But I noticed that JP had some weird things on his guitar. Near the 3 regular knobs, there seems to be a couple other things there, and I don't know what they are. It also appears to have MM90's on it. Unless it's just hard to tell with the quality of the picture or something. Wouldn't be too unlikely, because if you look for it, you can find a video of DT covering Master of Puppets, and JP is using a JP6 with EMGs.
