Great to hear from you, Thiago.

Any plans of getting a JPX in the future?

I'd love to have one, but can't afford to have it high on my priorities unfortunately. The recording of the album will set us back pretty bad since it'll be done independently, so no guitar buying for me for some time. Later on who knows...

At least you don't a pic from Dubaldo's where Petrucci himself made this "confused at a lefty handed JP" face! :D

Awesome pic lol. Whats up with the guitar in the pic though. It looks like a lefty standard JP6 body with a BFR neck? I thought the BFRs didn't have the scoop contour but had a regular strat-style forearm contour instead?

This was from the special run where you could order a BFR Rosewood neck on most EBMM guitars. The neck itself is the only difference from the std JP model in this particular case. Well other than the "Custom Made" neck plate and the fact that its a Lefty.

Gotcha. The neck just looks a lot lighter than the rosewood necks I have seen on the BFRs so I thought it was a mahogany neck. Thanks for clearing it up for me.
