I was wondering if the JPX is going away now after the JPXI has been released or both models will exist?

Thanks

I think it's cool that the JPX is a kind of semi-limited run. Sounds like it will never be available in another finish (save special packages like roasted and I pray a new Dargie run). And if they aren't manufactured anymore except by order then they end up being not rare but fairly limited. Sounds like the JPXI will be that way too -- a kind of variation on the BFR that is only available in one finish and produced for a limited time. Maybe there will be a JPXII and JPXIII... Cool to think about all the possible variations if EBMM and JP decide to keep this approach.

Like I stated in another post I would love to see a JPX whatever year have a chunkier neck like an AL or Axis if just for one year, so it would take care of all us guys that want a little more wood to hold.

The differences are
1) The chambered body that is a JPX exclusive (sadly)
2) The color

Much more:
JPXI has the 3 way toggle, thinner neck, flatter neck radius, and stainless steel frets.
