Hi there, I'm having an issue with the truss rod nut slipping on my new JPX7. I like to have the lowest action I can and it seems that in my climate, that means having the truss rod pretty tight. I can get it to where I want without much trouble, but it always loosens up over the following day or two. I've even tried getting it really tight, where the fretboard is basically flat, in the hopes that it will "catch", and stay where I want it to, but no dice.

I've also sent support a ticket, to see if I can get an official response, but I'd love to hear from you guys on how I can remedy this.

This is the kind of issue that none of us forumites can diagnose 'online'. Even with my guitar tech experience I would not even think of diagnosing this, or suggesting a fix, without seeing the instrument. Certainly don't do anything that could risk your warranty. If you are under warranty, the store you bought from is usually your first port of call.

EBMM customer service are the best in the business and they are there for exactly this kind of problem. Let's wait and see what their advice is.

And welcome to the forum family, blaike!

Thanks. I'm hesitant about getting a warranty replacement since shipping is expensive and there doesn't seem to be anything really "wrong" with the guitar, but I'll see what support says.
