JPXI bridge problem, saddle part missing

Hello, I'm new to the forum, and I want to ask any of you if you have ever experienced this issue:

Today, I was changing my guitar strings on my JPXI when suddenly I noticed that the small piece that is used for the string to rest on the bridge is missing. I think it might have jumped off or something, I can't find it.

Do you thing that Music Man might want to sell me a spare???
Is this a common thing???

I have also a JP6 but never experienced this...

Please help me!!!

Not a common thing but it could happen (obviously has).

Get in touch with Music Man Customer Service and they'll help you out.
