Hey all!

I just recently got a JPXI and I'm experiencing a slight issue that I think is due to improper grounding. There is an ambient buzzing noise (it isn't extremely loud, only noticeable when not playing) that is resolved whenever I touch any metal part of the guitar (bridge, piezo selector, pickup selector, etc). I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this issue with theirs and how they resolved it. I don't have an extra cable to test if it's a problem with the cable at the moment, but that will be the first thing I will do when I can get one.

Try turning off all of your lights, especially anything on a dimmer. Turn the dimmer off completely. See if that changes anything. That was the source of my frustration at my old house.
