I just wanted to pass along this experience. I ordered a tangerine pearl Big Al 4SSS through Bass Central a while back and it arrived the week before Christmas. Damaged. UPS had obviously tossed it around. The case label was coming off and the middle PU didn't work. I contacted Bass Central, they immediately issued a return label to send it in for repair. I didn't send it for a few days. EBMM emailed me to let me know they were making a new PU and would have it ready soon. Got an email yesterday saying they replaced both the bridge and middle PU's and fixed the case. They shipped it overnight, and it's now in my very happy hands in perfect working order.
