Tony that is one hell of a good looking guitar - congrats.

Take a look at the general discussion forum and look at my thread on "guitar scratch remover"
http://www.ernieball.com/forums/general-music-discussion/41650-guitar-scratch-remover-excellent.html

It'll work wonders on your guitar.

Thanks Spud, I had read your thread a few days ago and thought of my new guitar. I went ahead and ordered a Player's Pack, so I can get this baby back to its original shine.

I've got one minor issue to solve. Getting some fret buzz in frets 1-6. Distortion hides it, but playing clean I can't get away from it. Doing truss rod adjustments, but it may need either a different gauge of strings, or a new nut.

Quick update . . . i let it just sit and get used to its new home. The fret buzz seems to have evened out now. It will buzz on the low E if I really dig in, but otherwise is just great.

I grabbed some of the guitar polish/scratch remover that Spud recommended. I've got to work on it a little more, but after a couple of applications, the scratches are alot better. The big ones on the back aren't going to go away, but the smaller ones are improving. I'll post more pics after I finish up.
