paper , tools, and what i think were cleaners... so just

wondering if it comes with any of those or do i have to get them

Every new EB/MM guitar I've purchased came with a cleaning cloth, warranty papers, extra trem springs (if it had a trem) and hex keys for adjusting the bridge, truss rod, etc... They definitely come with accessories...

mine came with nothing...nothing! just a case which fits loose. No strings, care & maintenance documentation, no warranty papers or trem. springs. I didn't even get a key with the lockable case!

Did you buy your guitar new directly through a MM dealer.

Every instrument shipped out of Ernie Ball has warranty papers, polish cloth, truss rod adjuster, lock key, trem springs (if needed) and text diagrams if you have the piezo option...

Your instrument if new, should have had all these in there. Check with the dealer you purchased the instrument from regarding this matter.

Hope this helps,

Got it at the Guitar Center in Boise Idaho. Their story is that nothing comes with the EB guitars...I was looking at an Axis SS at the same time...they said that nothing came with it either.

BTW...had a very close look at my JP last night...I've got the dreaded crack developing now. It's very fine but you can see and feel the ridge were the crack is starting.
