Just caught up with JP in NYC at GC signing

I went to the Dream Theater concert last night. Not sure if any of the guitars he was playing were new prototypes or not, they sounded great though. I will confirm that John Petrucci is a total bad-ass on the guitar.

BTW, Dream Theater still sounds great. It's weird seeing them without Portnoy behind the kit, but Mangini is a great drummer.
