Which Pickguard?

OK it's not even here yet, but I can't stop thinking about it. First of all I think it looks great with the brown tort but am wondering what you think out of the following choices (Vote your conscience, please).

D'oh! It slipped my mind that this was a SR5. Without a PG, the whole congregation will see its naughty bits! :eek: :p Excommunication?!?! :eek:

Not only that. but the naughty bits would be dangling, because there is nothing to hold the preamp and knobs in without the pickguard on an SR5.

yep, I did this, looks great.

site note - do MM pickguards last a while before scuff marks become noticable / ugly? I've only had mine 6 months and it already has light marks below the g-string from slapping. no, i'm not talking about my last girlfriend ;)

The pickguard on my newest SR4 is glossy black and pretty scratched up from slapping. I like the old matte black guards better.

Absolutely the brown tort!!! BUT you should get a white p/u for it!!! :D :D :D

ps. got to meet Paul Baloche's bassist this week-end...... :eek: .... amazing guy, great player AND he dug the Bongo :D
