I played one the other day too and loved it. I did not think I would like it because of the flat top, I am used to my SS with the forearm contour, but the body did not feel bad at all and the neck well what can I say it felt heavenly. I have my 20thsilo on order otherwise I would have jumped all over this one. I am afraid I am discovering this thing they call THE ADDICTION. Congratulations and enjoy the heck out of it.

Congrats 67tele! I just picked up my Rosewood Axis last week after 20 months of wanting and waiting and I couldn't be happier... These are fantastic guitars!

Played the Axis SS all evening last night, Man oh man this is the stuff! I am hooked big time! The guitar is so tight, The reason I loved Teles was the chime and the ring in the bodies. You could tell a great one without ever plugging it in.
Well this Guitar has that great sound without being plugged in. This is a keeper and my new go to guitar!
