Congrats...color?

My Axis BFR with a roasted neck arrives on Monday, too.

This is going to be a very long weekend...

Hello Big Paul,
I only have the generic pic from the store's website. The color is Black Sugar. Here it is. I will post real pics after work on Monday. I may need to call out sick that day!

Have to wait for my camera battery charger to arrive, left it at a past job and my battery is dead, hopefully it arrives <= when my guitar arrives.

Congrats on the JPX ruinerr and on joining the forum, two addictions you will find hard to kick.

Tollie you just got that killer Blue Axis from Tommy and now have a RM/BS Axis on the way, you are definitely my kind of guy! I can see you go hard, seriously you are going to love the RM. To be honest I think you may be the first on the forum with a RM/BS Axis as I dont remember anyone posting one.

You will be so pleased with the neck. I let my 13 year old son play my Axis yesterday for the first time, and the first thing he said was, 'Wow, Dad, this neck feels really good'. It has a maple neck and it is smooth like butta. However, he is not into the Floyd Rose, nor 80's rock for that matter. Rats.

Do you mean Pete in Connecticut? I'm taking a road trip there for Steve Morse soon...Good luck with your Axis in the summer...

Hi Mike...Yes, this Forum is addictive. I went from having one friend, to all of you now. And my one friend likes neither VWs nor guitars. So, yeah, this Forum is awesome.

I have a super-addictive personality...I originally had an orange Axis about 9 years ago, but sold it, and I really missed it. Getting Tommy's beautiful blue one in my hands really got me hooked. It is so amazing. I just ordered an Yngwie Clicklock strap for the Black Sugar, and yes, it is leopard. Nice contrast with the black. Don't hate me Tommy...I am forever an 80's pozer.

Congrats to both you guys.

I never did a mock-up of the Axis cause we were told a Floyded guitar was not offered in the BS/RM run.
