Hey guys/gals....I thought I would drop in since I am now an official member of the bass owners club. Santa brought in a new bass for me....(I am a six string slinger by trade) and thought I would introduce myself. I guess Santa thought I needed to slap some bass on my tunes as I am in the process of recording, so, he brought me in a bongo with a nice little ampeg combo to boot. What a surprise I must say. Merry Christmas..... Pics will be up soon.

Hey hey hey....wait a minute....I did not ask or even want one. My beloved thought that my tunes needed some help and took it upon herself to buy me one......God, I love my wife......so, the story goes....she goes to the local store, tells my boy what she wants to get me. Of course, he knows I am a EBMM user and sticks to that. Tries to get her to bite on a SUB and she almost does. Then, she saw that "weird, but nice looking one over on the wall" one (bongo) and inquired about it. Dude said it was a higher dollar item. Wife asked, is it worth the money or not? Dude says most definitely. Wife said..."F**k the Sub, get him the funny lookin' one!" I was surprised as could be myself. So, we'll see how this turns out.....stay tuned.....BUT I DID NOT ASK FOR IT......I am waiting on my JP-6 to arrive any day now though.....hehehehhehhehe.........btw, dwf, how's the toaster......and does it stay in tune?!?!? hehehehehehehehehe

Been noodlin' with the bongo now and it really is a smooth playing bass. Still getting the feel. I have played them before, but, not like my six strings. I like it....just need to practice as usual...hehehhe
