... to express how thankful I am for this bass:

not wanting to torture those in waiting and others in forms of "not fun" at this given time but I just felt a need after 4 days of being in the woods camping with the family and without the Sarge that i needed to express some gratitude and thankfulness to the crew at EBMM

many a good tune will be had with this bad boy!

cheers!

have you butchered this one yet?

Hey! I resemble that remark!!

actually.....

NO!

and I don't see it either BP, even before all of the poop with what you've gone through with the DDs aired I really fell back in love with the Sting Ray 5 and realized how much the bass really suits me and draws out of me (to wax all poetic and such) but then to hear the crap you've endured, that was the nail in the coffin for me of even remotely thinking of mod'ing it. I can't even bring myself to put stickers on it! and that's huge if you know me and stickers.

anywho, it's amazing and the 5-way and the neck and the everything of it just doesn't cease to make me think "man, I need ot practice a whole hell of a lot more"

in all seriousness Sterling, you guys do make amazing instruments and thank you for going through what you did and are to make the DD what it is.

i love the fact that i have the ability to own a few awesome MM's.

having multiple MMs is like listening to an awesome CD - every other day youve got a new favorite, then back to a previoud fav, and over and over... theyre all awesome

:)

my BC Sterling has made a very unexpected comeback as my current #1. i have no idea how that happened
