I had my L3 set up with higher gauge strings. I changed back to 9-42s. I have some buzzing, so I know I need to adjust truss rod for more relief and adjust intonation. I'm not sure how to adjust the tremolo. I'm no longer getting the step and 1/2 bend on the g string. How do I make that adjustment? Also, I'd like to know the correct string height at the 12th fret. I have no experience in adjusting a tremolo. Suugestions much appreciated. Thanks

Are you getting more or less than a step and a half on the g-string?

If more: Tighten the springs a bit and retune the guitar.
If less: Lessen the springs a bit and retune the guitar.

Repeat either one of those steps, until you reach the desired result.

Less than step and 1/2. Thanks. I'll lessen the springs a bit.

Hello, I would square away the neck first, then adjust the springs after the neck is just right. String height can be whatever you like. I like my strings very low.
