Well this one is not a rare or limited guitar but none the less it is a very cool guitar, and fits what I wanted at the moment and must say it is sad that they are discontinued, plays great ,sounds great and now that I have it looks cool,
My new SUB1, plus great looking gig bag

Must say I am quite impressed only played one for a moment at a GC and really could not get a feel for it due to the noise in the place, but it is great

OK been playing the SUB without distractions and alll I can say is WOW, bridge PUP is outstanding and the over all quality is as good as any axe I have played, so sad that it is not available anymore, glad I pulled the trigger and bought this one, it is perfect and again great case candy, thanks Pete and Nick for all you do

I know why they stopped making them, but to my knowledge they sold pretty well at the local GC here in NY, if they had a drop for the forearm it would be a perfect instrument for me -

It is with sadness that I announce that the SUB is being discontinued. Several years ago when we introduced it we showed that it was possible to make a decent instrument at a reasonable price in the USA. It's just not possible anymore and I dont want to buy bodies from china and assemble them in the USA. Every component of SUB increased that we were losing money on each thath we sold.

We will honor all existing orders at a adjusted price(see your dealer if you have one on order) but effective today we will no longer accept new orders.

Each just sounds different to me, different PUPS in all and each with its own qualities, not sure what to compare the SUB PUPS too though just know that I like them

You are correct Sir, I do need to get another AL, regretted selling mine but it went to a good home and other Balls had to be bought, it is on my to do list

WOW, I just found out this SUB is close to being three years old DOB 9/2004, it is in perfect condition not one mark or scratch, just another reason to buy from Pete and Nick, just incredible
