What's this stuff I've heard only hints about, "ceramic frets"? About all I know so far is "wears almost forever" and "not cheap". Anything you've ever looked into?

Yes Brass Frets would last about 3 hours with Dave La Rue, anyway I have 1 stingray fretted with Stainless Steel Frets and those things are Hard, sound good too but big bucks for a fret job, you'd only have to do it once though. Round wounds don't really bother them much. DJ;)

Why do you do this to me???

I have never really liked black basses (except for torted SR's), and I have never ever liked gold hardware. And suddenly it looks, well, errrrrrrr, good:D

I'm hoping there won't be a LE Bongo 5 HHP, or else I'll have to get one. If it has real Bongo fret markers, that is.

Dang, it's soo disco:D
