I think in an earlier post, BP or someone said that the AL will probably be available in rosewood! Let's hope so....Speaking of ALs...I got in one of the last AL LE07's today!!!! I'll have pics up soon!

After looking at that pic again, it looks as if it is almost a rose gold finish on that hardware....or maybe it's just how the finish and hardware work so nicely together

I'm thinking ASS....the brown burst would blend so nice into the cream binding on the ASS. I really can't afford this thread....
Yeah, I don't like gold HW either really... mostly cuz it ends up fading. But I will say that the Gold really sets that color off!! I can't wait to see the models in their full glory! Might just have to pick me up a JP or an AL in that color!!

I've been thinking about this colour some more.
I picture cream coloured guard, pups and knobs. Slap a rosewood board and natty headstock. It would look oh so cool a tad beat up in a number of years.
This one's going to age really nicely.
