Hello everyone,

I've been thinking about buying my second EBMM guitar (well technically my first guitar as the other one is a Bongo.)

So first I thought I'd get a Luke because it sounds amazing and it's so nice looking. But then I thought hey, what about an Axis SS with MM90 and a Trem?

So, since the Rosewood neck is listed as an option in the Color and Options Chart (RW), I was wondering if it only comes with the rosewood Axis or if the rosewood neck can be used on a Tobacco Burst body. I think it would look just sweet.

My two cents.

I bleeb that the rosewood neck only comes with the rosewood body of the rosewood axis. It's an all-inclusive thing. I think they just put all the stuff on the color chart so that dealers could have the correct order info for a RW Axis.

Why not just go my route and get a lefty RW Axis SS? They're pretty damned hot. I can't wait for mine to show up.

You can get a rosewood fretboard (i.e. maple neck with the rosewood fretboard) on any axis super sport .

If you're refering to the solid rosewood neck (not just the fretboard), that's only available on the rosewood-top axis super sport.

Am I confusing you even more?

Cheers!

Thanks for the info...

Thank you for the info fellow lefties. The all rosewood axis is definitely one of my options. But I really like the quilted top with the tobacco burst. I'll probably just go ahead with a rosewood fretboard/ :)
