Rest and indeed rock in peace, Les.

I was lucky enough to see Les twice. Once in 2004. and once in April of this year. Both shows at the Iridium were amazing - he was a funny and witty guy, with great stories and a great musician. Without his inventions, the world of music would be a very different place.

I was actually in NYC in Sam Ash the day he died, and that's where I found out that he died. I believe John Denner, who is a forum member here, has played shows with Les Paul.

This was sad for sure
