"Less Is More" - Blues Melodic Solo by Stel Andre

The tone that you've got is absolutely beautiful. Great feel and note choice. Loved the first section with all the gliss/slides right at the start.

Just out of curiosity mate, what Amp are you using? I saw the Mesa rig in the back, but what is it? :P

No my friend. I wasn't really using my rack gear on this one. I used the Guitar Rig 5 loaded as VST in the recording software. The amp that i used on this one was based on some Marshall head along with some eq and effects. The idea to get such tone is to play with a small amount of distortion and try to get a rich sound but with dynamics. You need to lower the distortion to the point that you STILL have dynamics on the pick. If you lose the dynamics then the sound isn't really adjusted correctly. I will make a video in my Youtube channel about how to make decent guitar patches in softwares like Guitar Rig or Pod Farm or what so ever. Will explain lots in there.
