Not sure if it's been started in any of the other forums but I just wanted to say thanks to all of the Canadian Armed Forces men and women for doing the job that they do and the job that they have done. Also to all of the families and soldiers and Forces around around the world that work side by side with our nation so that other nations may know that there is hope and their voices are being heard.

Thanks to all of the service men and women present and fallen, thank you on this day.

Meeting some of the WW2 vets who served with my Dad was a real eye opener.
The things those guys went through at such an early stage of their life... and yet they still make the ultimate sacrifice to this day.
Thanks to all who have served, those still able to tell the tale and to those fallen who can't.
