Okay, Mister Biff, you've opened the door and I already have two, possibly three buyers for the first publicly available Dargie's Delights.

Make that three, possibly four, since I am apparently an obsessed punter, now that I think about it.

Ray Duke
John Worthington
Ben Alsup
Lord Bongo

And all right here in Texas. November 4th delivery, hmmmm?

Want to take that Axis and the Geddy Lee w/J-retro on trade for the 4H Dargie + shipping, Duderino?

Ever the sentimental fool, aren't you?

Just been down the "If you make it I'll buy it" path one too many times to have a bunch of roof leaks, got layed off, getting a divorce, my cat died, my car blew up etc...excuses when it came time to pay up after I came through on my end is all.

Hell, I'll even throw down on one as long as it's a 4 banger to stick with the crunchy Kleenex....besides, I don't gig so I wouldn't have to be seen in public with a green bass so it doesn't matter. Add me to the list!

Cynical SOB.

Although you said you'd buy one, so cool.

"Dioes this mean you don't want the 30th Stingray??"

Not at all, just means I'm going to be working some overtime and selling a bass I hoped I wouldn't have to. But it's OK.

He must.

I already put his name in the spreadsheet. Once you're on the spreadsheet, it's over.

Yeah well I still don't have the Bird in yet on two EBMM basses he ordered ago.

Why do I get this vision of someone sipping on Kettle One and snickering about 200 miles to the West on I-10 right now???

I haven't spoken to Biff on this issue, the green thing, but my experience says if he says he's going to do it, it will get done.

Now, time frame? It's only paint, but we're still running into October/November for standard basses, so I'm thinking after the first of the year.

At least.

So this is speculation and is only for planning purposes. Just keep that in mind.

An Axis Sport is one of the many fine six-stringed instruments made by our gracious hosts here. Hardy har har.

I'll trade you the Geddy J-retro and try and sell the Axis. Let's just make sure Big Poppa still feels the same way about these bajos verdes tomorrow, eh? Then we be talkin' turkey.
