Btw, with the old jacks not fitting correctly, usually you can just bend the metal contact back in to position.

Well, I tried since I knew the trick worked pretty well in my pedals with switchcraft outputs, but with these plastic enclosed outputs, I couldn't manage to do it.
So, is the layout correct?

btw - what does beej stand for? does it mean "be EJ" ?

Yep, I meant plug. (Suppose it would be a bit of a pain to remove the jack every time you're done playing.)

Beej ... a very poor drunken approximation of my last name by a hammered friend many years ago. Just kind of stuck.

Even my wife calls me Beej. Sometimes in the third person. ("What would the Beej like for dinner?" Is the Beej going to stop playing guitar for five minutes? ..."
