LIII boost getting stuck?

Hi guys,

Finally decided to take my LIII on the road to replace the Luke in this particular set. Overall it went great, although I'll still have to adjust some sounds a bit. Was to be expected

However - during the show it happened a few times that the push-push pot for the 20db boost got stuck. Meaning I pushed it, and it didn't pop up until I gently pulled at it. Quite annoying. Anyone else had this problem, or ideas how to solve it?

On another note - that 20db boost is sooo cool. I found myself using it quite a lot, especially on the clean sounds. Really made clean single-note passages pop out!

Damn. I might try a lubricating spray of some kind. But usually the best advice is to contact the CS folks and see if they have a suggestion, or if they'll sell you a new pot.

Make sure the knob isn't too low on the post and interfering with free operation.

I'll work it a bit, considering it's still very new, and if it continues to get stuck I'll check if I can move the knob up a bit on the post.

Mine did the same thing not too long after I got it. Moving it up the post a bit solved the problem.

I think what happens is when we hit it live, eventually it pushes the knob down enough to get stuck on the nut at the body.

So every so often it has to be readjusted. I see Luke bang the crap out of his every time he uses the boost. I bet Jon has to adjust his every night!
