Ok you guys we hear ya. This is just our first edition Limited run. There will be more coming down the pike and we hope to make everyone happy at some point but until we open a custom shop I am not sure we will be able to satisfy all the appetites out there.
We will take orders until March 12th and that will be it for this offering. The Radience red will stay in the color chart but will not be offered with the gold logo/black headstock combo.
We appreciate and encourage all your ideas and will take them into consideration. Who know you might see some of your options on our next Limited run.
A 20th anniversay Silhouette sounds interesting. hmm.......
I don't know if it needs to be a limited edition or not, but I'd love to have a JPM in purple when the Mystic Dream is in it's lighter shade of purple. Matching head.
Purple is my favorite color so the more purples the better. LOL
A cool limited edition might be something like the Corvette Yellow. That would look cool next to my Desert Gold JPM. There is one of the new Chevy Corsicas down the street from me in a Yellow that is very much like Corvette Yellow, but it is a little deeper still. I love it.
I think any Sillouette aniversery model would have to have piezos. I've gotten to the point to where a guitar isn't hardly complete without them.
I too think a quilt top would be cool. I'm thinking cherry sunburst or maybe a koa type shade of brown. Options of trem or not and options of rosewood or maple fretboard. Matching headstock with pearloid locking tuners.
Since it's an anniversery model it would be neat if it came standard with the neck sealer too.
Since there is no pickgaurd I would think an HSH combination with coil taps would be the most versatile and pease the most people.
A forum guitar should be an Axis with piezos and a special inlay at the 12th fret. It should be a nice chocolate stain with gold hardware and to be way different than what is available, it should have a rosewood fretboard instead of the standard maple. Oh, and a matching headstock to make the gold tuners stand out(and they should have pearloid knobs too.)
