Locking Nut/Headstock Moving on Axis Guitar

Hello everyone. Should I be concerned there is a Gap Developing between the Headstock and Locking Nut on my Axis Guitar?

Yes. It'll throw off your intonation. Are the screws loose that hold it in place?

Yeah, that looks like the attachment screws or bolts are loose, allowing the nut to shift out of place.I would loosen the strings, push the nut back into place, and tighten them a bit.

Is your locking nut secured from the front or the back of the neck?

Well, there can be a lot of tension on the locking nut at times, depending on the temperature, how much whammy use their is, etc.
