London - far from home and Ball - less!!

Hee hee - my travels will be taking me to London a lot over the next year or so.- working in Euston. Prolly try to travel up (across) on a Monday morning and get home Wednesday nights.

I'm a novice when it comes to finding my way around the big city but I'm pleasantly surprised to find that my hotel is only a "stones throw" from all the music shops. I shouldn't say "stones throw" should I ??
Still it'll be a riot !!

Just found out that there's an open mike tonight right close by too.

Think I'll pop along - shame I haven't got my guitar with me.

Just got back from a "walkabout". Saw a few balls for sale in Denmark st.
A damaged JP6 Mystic Dream, shields, natty headstock, NO PIEZO.
Owner will talk around £1500 - just damage on lower front edge.

Hotel is literally 2 mins from Dominion Theatre showing "we will rock you".

Where's that Mr Humphries when you want inclusion on the guest list ? lol!!

Ya got me ! nah my balls are too precious to take on the (work) road with me.
Went to a blues club last night and got up and played - I met some people who were horn players and they cheered me on - went great!!

Only downside so far is my netbook has given up the ghost so I can't log on as much as I want.

So yeah - ball -less - just don't lock me up and throw away the key - I plead guilty with mitigating circumstances. Will Wonder dog act for me on "mates rates" ? lol
