Long shot: Trying to Identify German Beer Drinking Song

Last May my brother and I were serenaded by some friends while in Wendlingen am Neckar south of Stuttgart. Our friend, Lothar, played the accordion while our other friend, Klaus, played guitar. There was this one medium-tempo song in 2/4 time (march) in which Lothar would whistle loudly on the 2-beat while Klaus sang the verse. I cannot for the life of me find it.
