Yeah, we've seen that before. I believe it belonged to Steve Stevens, and he's the one who had it chromed. Then he decided it was too heavy or something, so he autographed it and sold it off.. for charity as I recall. It's got Billy Idol's singature on it, too.

Nice looking, though.

I can't remember.. did the proceeds for this one go to the CLB? Some fellow forumites help me out here.

Edit: answered my own question. It was indeed sold to benefit the Casey Lee Ball foundation. See it toward the middle of this page.

i had always heard that steve stevens used "a pair of Axis guitars" to record te first black light syndrome album... if that's true does anybody know if this was possibly one of them?

(...and for the record: BLS I is one of the best guitar albums in the last decade... ahhh... what a recording!)
