Look what UPS brought me (more pics added)

This is by far the best color I've ever seen on anything, when I opened the case I was absolutely speechless. She plays like a dream and sounds like one too. Tomorrow UPS is delivering an acrylic pickguard for her so she should look even hotter than she does now. I can't thank Dave enough (musicman nut) for this bass, he was a pleasure to deal with, and is a great person. Hope you guys and gals like the pics, there will be more on the way after the acrylic guard is on.

Saxnbass, yeah, its an original run Blue Dawn. The color is amazing in person, I really think the pictures don't do it justice, but thats just me. It goes along perfect with my Burnt Apple SR5.

Well, now that I think about it, I don't have a Sterling with a maple fretboard...

I don't have a Stirling at all! So now I reckon I need one. It'll look fantastic with the clear plate, it's a shame to hide that nice wood under a solid coloured plate.

UPS actually deliverd the clear guard an hour ago and I just put it on. I think it looks 10,000 times better than the black guard did. I'll be posting some pics tonight of it with the clear guard. Thanks for all the compliments on my baby.
