Help! Looking For A Setup Guide For a Bongo 5 HH

I'm brand new to the forum and a new owner of a Stealth Black Bongo 5 HH!
I picked up my virtually new Bongo bass at a hefty discount due to a large gouge in the lower bout.

I'm looking for a setup guide because the string action is set wayyyyyy to low causing fret buzz.
I'm sure I can adjust the truss rod to correct the fret buzz coming from the first 5 frets but I'd really like to have some factory numbers to work with.

Why not just set it up till it feels okay to you? Factory numbers could end up being too high or not high enough for you.

That's exactly what I'm going to do. I'm just not sure where the recommended fret is to check relief, 6th, 7th fret or 8th fret, I just need some basic guidelines.
