I've hunted far and wide across the web, and I cannot seem to find this specific Stingray configuration/appearance....does it exist? I know that EBMM doesn't do customs, but if I could find this particular combo, I would be really happy.

EBMM Stingray HH
Black body
Black pickguard
Black headstock
Chrome or gold hardware (NOT Stealth model)
Ebony fretboard

I think this would look great alongside my Geddy Lee Wal (black, ebony, gold). Is this the impossible dream?

Thanks in advance for your help/input/pics/whatever.

That was a limited run for Germany called Ebony Edition in 2008. I have one. Actually, I have two....one fretted, the other fretless.

And the picture of proof:

That's the one (referring to posts 9 and 10)! Thanks everyone, you've proven that my EBMM dream recipe is a reality. Sounds like this may be a rare beast indeed on this side of the pond, though. I'll keep my radar running for one, but I won't hold my breath.

The LE shown in post 11 would also be desirable, even without the ebony.

In the meantime, I think I'll settle for a Classic 5 Black/Maple...

Another "close but no cigar" would be the Black Sugar Sparkle BFR Roasted Neck SR5HHs, was there one recently in the For Sale thread? or was that a 4 banger? IDR. At least it would be sorta black and with the ebony FB you seem to dig.

Holdsq: Yes, I've seen pics of that configuration, and I love it. I used to not like the look of the "natural wood" looking headstock on top of all that ebony/blackness....but it's definitely grown on me. If another one comes up I may take a shot at it. Thanks for the input...

Cheers.
