I have been looking everywhere on the internet for a used Axis Sport guitar and I rarely see them on ebay. Has anyone seen one in a music store or know where I can find one...they seem to be scarce -

Harry's Guitar Shop in Raleigh NC 888-974-4190 ask for Harry or Pee Wee.
www.harrysguitarshop.com I have been getting gear from Harry for years. He will give you the best deal and get you what you want. I just got from Harry last year the Rosewood Axis guitar that I saw at the winter Namm show. This guitar rocks!
Tell Harry Nancy said to call him. Let me know how you make out on getting your musicman guitar.:)

Dave what year is the Axis sport? I am looking for an early one that was right after EVH pulled his endorsement deal with Ernie Ball. Those guitars have only 1 volume knob and a toggle switch. Not the ones that are being built today.

hopter, it depends on which type of Axis Sport are you looking for?

There are like 3 kinds, the traditional, 2HH, then you have Axis Sport with a pickguard in like 2 combinations.

Then of course you have the MM90's as well.

You can always contact Royal Music in NY, though their prices are high they have quite a few Axis Sports in stock, as well as sparkle finish Axis Sports. :D

Hopter,

If you’re looking for an older (97) SSH Sport, I may be parting with mine in favor of another Silo. If you’re interested just email [email protected] . I’ll send pictures. It looks great and plays great, but it’s not the neck configuration my smaller hands perfer.

Take a look at my Sport

I would be willing to part with mine as I would like an Axis Super Sport with humbuckers. Anyone interested, I might end up putting it up on the 'BAY.
