Hey, thanks for opening. :)

Well I'm looking for a special effect of some kind, not to long, a few seconds would be cool. :o

I'm open to all suggestions (fx-wise), I'd like something like a thunder or something similar. But any powerful sounds from nature / something else will do. :D

Do you know any web sites that have this stuff? Or maybe some of you have it? Tristan? ;) :D

Thanks in advance! :)

If you're using it for a recording, you might want to re-think using an internent one. Most of the ones that you find on the internet will be in quite a compressed format, such as MP3, so it might sound 'wrong' (there's quite a lot of HF in the sound of a thunder/lightning crash and MP3 strips that off)

There are quite a few different sound effects cd's on the market, my personal favourite being the BBC ones. See if you can get the chance to listen to a few (don't forget that they may be copyright though)

Hope this helps :)

Thanks Jimmy. I knew that most of the samples on the Internet would be "low" quality, but I presumed there were some sites that specialize in this kind of stuff. Hang on, my friend is just searching for one he knew about! :D
