looking for the year of my guitar

i'm loocking for the year of my music man evh guitar the serial is : 81214. ( a red one...)
i read somewhere that it's really hard to find the birthdate of the musicman evh. Is anybody could help me ?

for that, you have to wait a couple of day. i haven't got a camera here and my mobil phone is kind of a "vintage" one
BUT my neck looks pretty dirty and i want to make it look LIKE NEW (i want to feel like i'm the first owner of this masterpiece anytime i'm loockin at HER). If someone got tricks...

use some steel wool on the neck, it will come up brand new again!!!!!!!!!

already try but it doesn't work that much ( and i'm affraid to try harder...). thx for the help

should work perfectly, maybe you arent using strong enough steel wool, you really cant do much damage, you gotta scrub a little hard if its really dirty, i think i have some pics of my mate Daves silhouette on my photobucket page, his neck was DIRTY, and we cleaned it up good, check it out

the steel wool is the trick!....go with the grain! if it is really dirty, it will seem like it is taking forever, but it will get it clean.
