I may have to sell my sterling. I was in a car wreck about a month ago, totaled my car. Unfortunly for me a car pull out in front of me and I rear ended them, and in Indiana that makes it my fault. I ended up breaking an arm and had to go to the ER. I'm a barber so I don't have insurance, so i'm paying out of pocket for the ER and doctors bill. To top it off I won't be able to work for a while, and that means no income. Please put me in your prayers.

He's right, anywhere, if you rear end someone, no matter what the circumstances, it's ALWAYS viewed as your fault. There's not a lot he can do.

I wish you a speedy recovery anyway mate. And i wish you an even speedier second sterling!

Definitely not anywhere. If someone pulls out here and a faster car doesn't have enough time to brake it's the fault of the guy in front. Actually I'm surprised that it would be different somewhere else.
