Help! Looper - any suggestions

I find that I have been getting up doing some solo numbers and I really fancy the idea of getting a looper.
Ideally I'd like a stomp box size Looper and the one that looks good is the Boss RC2 - but I've no first hand experience of it. (reminds me of 5 years ago when I was asking loads of questions about Albert Lee guitars!!)

Slightly more expensive (and bigger is the Boss RC20).

I like it that the RC2 will also provide a drum beat I don't know if the RC20 will and I'm going to try tracking down some demos right now.

I don't wanna spend a wad of money- the RC2 is about £150 and the RC 20 about 30 quid more.

Any info anybody?

Just ordered 2 x RC20 XL's.

One for me and one for my mate the guitarist with Alien Sex Fiend.

Thomann have a great deal including the power supply. Should have it by end of the week

uups, toolate. I use the Jamman looper with good results.

There is a little loop I recorded with it on our band's myspace, called "Big Al first shot". I did that with the Big Al right out of the box.

I received my looper yesterday and started messing around with it last night.
