Thanks and Merry Xmas to ya's

Hey guys,
Thanks so much for the nice vibe! I was very surprised to see this but it made my day!
I had a blast doin it. One week from start to finish. Its out on steve Vai's label Favored Nations in the USA. I pulled ALOT of favors on this one and everyone came thru for me.
It was a challenge to TRY and do something different with classic Xmas tunes, most of which are major scales. It was cut 90% live, solos and all except for some of the guests as I had to work around there schedules. Some humor as well as I did a "duet" with the real; Sammy Davis jr, a hero of mine. Thanks for checkin it out. I did it 5 years ago but the original label I did it with folded and I had to sit on it ( literally haha) for a few years.

By the way, Hoey is a real talent and a really nice guy. We all do our own thing, thats what makes life interesting.
I am starting a new solo record in jan and havin fun writing etc.. I shall keep you abreast if you give a ****. hahaha
Hope everyone is healthy happy and grovvin this holiday season!!
Off to change my depends. hahaha

Hey Luke - like Glenn said, thanks for checking in! I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we would definitely like you to keep us posted on the new album. Have a great a great holiday season!

....so I've been listening to Santamental over and over since I started this thread, and now I'm hooked on 'Broken Heart for Christmas'. What a GREAT riff! Love the liner notes too- "it's f-ing hard to write an original Christmas song!"

Well....it's that time of year again and I'm dusting off my holiday CDs, so I thought I'd resurrect this thread - especially since there are soooo many new forum members. You need to get this album. It's a requirement to be a part of the forum. ;):D

Jokes aside, if ya want some Luke, this is one to get!

Pulled out the Santamental today...be hanging Christmas lights this weekend. Totally dig this, the adult chords, arrangment of Silent Night and Angels we have heard. Id like to hear Steve do more stuff with Babko.

Lucious, anticipating your new CD, saw the production clips on totnetwork early this year. Im jones'en...keep up the great music.
